"Power to the Pupils"
In April 2014, the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and the Department for Education (DfE) released a pamphlet entitled, "Power to the Pupils". This publication provides guidance for schools on the benefits of solar PV, with practical advice on how to get started.
Renewables for Schools are very proud to have supported DECC with the creation of this pamplet, and we wholeheartedly welcome it as a crucial part of the Government's new drive to ensure that all schools in the UK can go solar and harness the power of the sun.
After all, if combatting climate change is all about education, then where better place to start?
